Clarification Text on the Use of Sensitive Personal Data for Employees
Regarding the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677 in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data Desmer Security Hiz. Tic. A.Ş. (“DESMER”) As a Data Controller, as per Article 10 of the Law titled “Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller”. We would like to inform you in accordance with the article.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Legal Reason
DESMER collects the personal data in the “Employment Documents Form” and the photocopy of the FFC Identity Card , Criminal Record and Health Report documents from the persons whose job application is successful. 5. and 6. within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK, for the legal reason that our company fulfills its legal obligation specified in Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK.
This information; To organize all records and documents arising from the legislation to which our company is subject and stipulated by the official authorities within the scope of Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services; to comply with legal obligations such as information retention, reporting, making necessary notifications and information and to fulfill the requirements of the employment contract.
Collection of Personal Data
DESMER, The Company may obtain the personal data of the employees directly from the employees themselves, as well as from all kinds of information, documents and documents submitted after the establishment and during the continuation of the employment contract or transferred by legal authorities and third parties from whom services are received, camera records kept in all locations, all kinds of written, verbal and electronic media, records created due to your duties and other legal authorities, including but not limited to.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
DESMER may share your personal data with the companies with which an agreement is made due to your duty within the company, except in cases where the relevant legislation and regulation require notification, with the workplace physicians and occupational safety companies determined by the business partners with whom it has signed a contract or with which DESMER has signed an agreement, provided that it is limited to the permissions of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
Rights of the Data Subject Whose Personal Data is Processed
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the relevant person to the address of Zübeyde Hanım Mahallesi Sebze Bahçeleri Caddesi No:22 İskitler-Altındağ/ANKARA in person in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” or you can send it to the e-mail address KVKK@desmerguvenlik.com.tr through a notary public or via e-mail that we can confirm your identity.

Policy;
- No documents or meeting notes should be left on the tables after using the meeting rooms,
- Erasing the information written on the blackboard at the end of the meeting,
- No visual and audio recording devices such as cameras, video recorders, etc. may be used inside the building without the written approval of our Company,
- Do not leave networked computers logged on when they are unattended, automatically lock the network session by pressing Windows+ L,
- Keeping information or documents that are not intended to be accessed in appropriate places and in appropriate locked cabinets when not in use,
- Whenever possible, third parties hosted in the meeting room should not be left unaccompanied in the meeting room,
- Not leaving printed documents and notes in the meeting room after the meeting,
- Handing over all unattended documents and equipment to the building staff,

Clarification Text on Security Cameras in Our Service Building
This clarification text is in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. article and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation, Desmer Güvenlik Hiz. Tic. A.Ş. as the data controller.
Video recordings are made by means of security cameras at the entrance doors, exterior of the building, production area, work area and floor corridors in our service building in order to ensure building security.
The personal data in question is subject to Article 5 of the Law. It is processed automatically based on the legal reason that “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.
Such personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
